Check whether the load of the motor is too large, or whether it is blocked by other peripheral hardware.
If the motor rotates normally, replace the encoder feedback cable.
During the commissioning of the electric spindle and DD motor, confirm the phase sequence of the power line of the spindle motor and parameters P4104 and P4106.
Considering the use of the main shaft, the load is too heavy and the car is boring.

Investigating ideas:
Check and modify the power supply voltage.
Replace the common power supply.
